Our Mission

At Innovations Now LLC, our mission is simple: to empower people with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. We believe that every individual has unique goals, talents, and dreams — and we are here to provide the tools, support, and encouragement to make them a reality.

Our Story

Innovations Now was founded with the belief that support services should go beyond the basics. Too often, agencies focus only on chores or surface-level skills. We saw a need for something different — an approach that focuses on the whole person and the bigger picture of independence.

From job coaching and safety lessons to personal fitness training and family partnership, we created Innovations Now to be a place where clients and families feel heard, supported, and inspired.

MEET OUR TEAM

Dr. Dedra Hafner

CEO & Founder

Dr. Dedra started Innovations Now, LLC in 2001 to use her background and expertise in helping young adults with disabilities achieve their full potential. She handles day to day operations and specializes in higher education consulting, pre and post college consulting, employment and career counseling, and curriculum development. Dedra develops curriculum for individuals with disabilities in areas such as relationships, financial literacy, technology and more.

Hanna

Career Development and Inclusion Specialist

Hanna serves as the Career Development and Inclusion Specialist at Innovations Now, where she supports clients in building meaningful, fulfilling lives rooted in connection, confidence, and community. She works one-on-one with individuals to explore their strengths, discover career interests, and find opportunities for employment, volunteering, and greater community involvement.

In her role, Hanna also helps ensure that every client experiences true inclusion — whether that means advocating for accessible environments, fostering relationships in the community, or helping clients navigate new spaces with independence and pride.

In addition to her client-facing work, Hanna supports the operational side of Innovations Now through administrative leadership alongside Dr. Dedra Hafner. She assists with digital organization, policy development, and the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep programs running smoothly.

Hanna’s work blends compassion, strategy, and a deep belief in the potential of every individual she serves.

Kamryn

Job Support Specialist

Kamryn is a Job Support Specialist here at Innovations Now. Kamryn had previously worked at Innovations Now as an administrative assistant, but has rejoined the team in a different role. She will be assisting clients both beginning new jobs and growing in their current jobs while providing job coaching, support in the workplace, tracking and recording progress, and advocating for client needs. Kamryn will also still be lending a hand to clients working on independent living skills and is excited to get the opportunity to work with you.

Roxanne

Personal Trainer

Roxanne is Innovations Now's personal trainer with 22 years of experience. Whether you are looking for at home workouts or help in the gym, Roxanne can help personalize your fitness plan to meet your individualized goals.
